Narrative:
Was taxiing for departure at anc. I was given a taxi clearance from parking spot to runway 32 full length via taxiway east then right on taxiway G and what I thought ws a clearance to taxi on runway 6L to the extension of runway 32. While on taxiway G, a switch from ground to tower frequency was entered on the wrong frequency, and the captain made several attempts to contact the tower. He stopped the aircraft on taxiway G with the nose of the aircraft slightly over the hold short line for runway 6L. When the tower finally contacted our flight, he asked if we were clear of runway 6L. The captain told tower we were over the hold short line and then the tower instructed an aircraft on a 2 mi final to go around. Contributing factors to the incursion were: 1) a short taxi time to run all checklists. 2) reading the checklist in a short time with challenge/response contributed to the crew to misunderstanding hold short instructions. 3) nonstandard takeoff instructions. We needed the full length instead of '32 at K,' our normal procedure.

Title: B747-200 CREW HAS RWY INCURSION AT PANC.
Narrative: WAS TAXIING FOR DEP AT ANC. I WAS GIVEN A TAXI CLRNC FROM PARKING SPOT TO RWY 32 FULL LENGTH VIA TXWY E THEN R ON TXWY G AND WHAT I THOUGHT WS A CLRNC TO TAXI ON RWY 6L TO THE EXTENSION OF RWY 32. WHILE ON TXWY G, A SWITCH FROM GND TO TWR FREQ WAS ENTERED ON THE WRONG FREQ, AND THE CAPT MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THE TWR. HE STOPPED THE ACFT ON TXWY G WITH THE NOSE OF THE ACFT SLIGHTLY OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 6L. WHEN THE TWR FINALLY CONTACTED OUR FLT, HE ASKED IF WE WERE CLR OF RWY 6L. THE CAPT TOLD TWR WE WERE OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND THEN THE TWR INSTRUCTED AN ACFT ON A 2 MI FINAL TO GO AROUND. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS TO THE INCURSION WERE: 1) A SHORT TAXI TIME TO RUN ALL CHKLISTS. 2) READING THE CHKLIST IN A SHORT TIME WITH CHALLENGE/RESPONSE CONTRIBUTED TO THE CREW TO MISUNDERSTANDING HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTIONS. 3) NONSTANDARD TKOF INSTRUCTIONS. WE NEEDED THE FULL LENGTH INSTEAD OF '32 AT K,' OUR NORMAL PROC.
