Narrative:

On visual approach, put the gear down but as I was flying over the city building, I lost altitude and retracted the gear because I thought in case of engine failure, I would not reach the runway. As I circled to land on runway 25, I focused on the landing and forgot to put the gear down.

Narrative: ON VISUAL APCH, PUT THE GEAR DOWN BUT AS I WAS FLYING OVER THE CITY BUILDING, I LOST ALT AND RETRACTED THE GEAR BECAUSE I THOUGHT IN CASE OF ENG FAILURE, I WOULD NOT REACH THE RWY. AS I CIRCLED TO LAND ON RWY 25, I FOCUSED ON THE LNDG AND FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN.
