Narrative:
An aircraft was forced handoff to ZJX, but the aircraft flashed to ZTL (south departure), but the ARTS did not indicate this and it caused an aircraft to enter ZJX sector without any knowledge to jax.

Title: A80 CTLR FORCES AN ARTS HDOF, NOT REALIZING THAT IT DID NOT CORRECTLY XFER TO ZJX. HDOF ERRONEOUSLY INITIATES TO ZTL, THEREFORE, CAUSING AN OPDEV WITH ZJX.
Narrative: AN ACFT WAS FORCED HDOF TO ZJX, BUT THE ACFT FLASHED TO ZTL (S DEP), BUT THE ARTS DID NOT INDICATE THIS AND IT CAUSED AN ACFT TO ENTER ZJX SECTOR WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE TO JAX.
