Narrative:
Aborted because flaps were not set for takeoff. Contributing: 1) normal flow in cockpit was interrupted by call from ground control to ask why no call for pushback. Our books indicated no call was required. 2) before takeoff checklist interrupted by flight attendant opening cockpit door when it was supposed to be locked. We aborted for takeoff warning horn, reset flaps, then took off normally.

Title: B757 FLC HAS TKOF WARNING HORN, REJECTS TKOF AT FLL.
Narrative: ABORTED BECAUSE FLAPS WERE NOT SET FOR TKOF. CONTRIBUTING: 1) NORMAL FLOW IN COCKPIT WAS INTERRUPTED BY CALL FROM GND CTL TO ASK WHY NO CALL FOR PUSHBACK. OUR BOOKS INDICATED NO CALL WAS REQUIRED. 2) BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST INTERRUPTED BY FLT ATTENDANT OPENING COCKPIT DOOR WHEN IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE LOCKED.
