Narrative:

Aircraft was given clearance to hold short. He read back position and hold while crossing the hold short. We executed our go around at the time tower was giving instruction to go around. His landing lights coming on crossing the line gave us the visual cue he had encroached the landing runway.

Narrative: ACFT WAS GIVEN CLRNC TO HOLD SHORT. HE READ BACK POS AND HOLD WHILE XING THE HOLD SHORT. WE EXECUTED OUR GAR AT THE TIME TWR WAS GIVING INSTRUCTION TO GAR. HIS LNDG LIGHTS COMING ON XING THE LINE GAVE US THE VISUAL CUE HE HAD ENCROACHED THE LNDG RWY.
