Narrative:
After landing, was advised to contact cdw ground. I did and they replied with taxi instructions. Lots of backgnd noise, and I advised them. Controller switched radios -- was better. Said they were aware of the problem, notified others, but nothing has been done. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter utilizes airport 'a couple of times' a month. Reporter advises radio interference is also intermittent.
