Narrative:
This was aircraft's first flight coming from the maintenance hangar. Work had been completed on aircraft APU and associated wheel well area. Upon leveling off, as airspeed increased, slight rumble was felt on aircraft. All indications showed normal. As descent was begun and airspeed increased, a slight bump was felt and rumble ceased. During postflt inspection, right main landing gear flying door was missing.
