Narrative:

On dec/thu/02, the captain and I arrived for our flight at XA00 at fll. After a routine preflight and WX and NOTAM check, we discovered that blm was closed on dec/wed/02 and would be open again on dec/thu/02 at XA00Z on our arrival date. The WX was clear with a northeast wind. The airport was spotted a few mi out and mcguire approach cleared us for a visual approach. There was no mention to us about the airport being notamed closed at XB00 after we had already left fll. We called unicom and did not receive any response. We made normal location reports and landed on runway 32. After shutdown, we went to the FBO and were informed that the runway was closed. The runway was notamed closed after XA00, at which time we were already in the air en route. Mcguire approach nor blm unicom informed us that the NOTAM had taken effect.

WE CALLED UNICOM AND DID NOT RECEIVE ANY RESPONSE. WE MADE NORMAL LOCATION RPTS AND LANDED ON RWY 32. AFTER SHUTDOWN, WE WENT TO THE FBO AND WERE INFORMED THAT THE RWY WAS CLOSED. THE RWY WAS NOTAMED CLOSED AFTER XA00, AT WHICH TIME WE WERE ALREADY IN THE AIR ENRTE. MCGUIRE APCH NOR BLM UNICOM INFORMED US THAT THE NOTAM HAD TAKEN EFFECT.
