Narrative:

ZJX noted we were 400 ft low at FL370. The setting was 30.34 which was the altimeter setting for rsw where we had recently taken off from. After takeoff, we were given a climb to 17000 ft, where we stayed until we were abeam orlando. Also, about that same time, lead called us about a loud noise at door 2L which was the boarding door. The first officer went back and determined that it was an inner door sea. Problem. These things helped to distract both of us so that we forgot to reset 29.92 at FL180.
