Narrative:
Radar vectors from downwind to base for ILS runway 12L sjc received TCASII RA action taken to maneuver in accordance with TCASII commands. ATC informed. Returned to 3000 ft MSL assigned. Continued approach. Called sierra approach upon arrival via telephone. Was informed the other aircraft had been on visual approach to moffett NAS and had lost visual contact. Executed missed approach. During the missed approach the aircraft strayed into our airspace.

Narrative: RADAR VECTORS FROM DOWNWIND TO BASE FOR ILS RWY 12L SJC RECEIVED TCASII RA ACTION TAKEN TO MANEUVER IN ACCORDANCE WITH TCASII COMMANDS. ATC INFORMED. RETURNED TO 3000 FT MSL ASSIGNED. CONTINUED APCH. CALLED SIERRA APCH UPON ARR VIA TELEPHONE. WAS INFORMED THE OTHER ACFT HAD BEEN ON VISUAL APCH TO MOFFETT NAS AND HAD LOST VISUAL CONTACT. EXECUTED MISSED APCH. DURING THE MISSED APCH THE ACFT STRAYED INTO OUR AIRSPACE.
