Narrative:
The captain thought we were cleared into position and hold and we were not. I think I spoke up in time to prevent us from going over the hold short line. The best way to prevent this from happening again is to increase CRM.

Narrative: THE CAPT THOUGHT WE WERE CLRED INTO POS AND HOLD AND WE WERE NOT. I THINK I SPOKE UP IN TIME TO PREVENT US FROM GOING OVER THE HOLD SHORT LINE. THE BEST WAY TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING AGAIN IS TO INCREASE CRM.
