Narrative:
Over pie, we encountered severe turbulence. First officer turned on the seatbelt sign about 4 mins prior and made a seatbelt announcement. Flight attendant followed with another announcement. 1 passenger did not have seatbelt on. He hit the overhead with his head and rebounded onto the aisle seat armrest. The armrest broke. The man refused medical attention but would not sign the form. The aircraft was inspected at fll for severe turbulence. Flight attendant was also injured while assisting the injured passenger.

Title: B757 FLC ENCOUNTERS SEVERE TURB WHILE ENRTE.
Narrative: OVER PIE, WE ENCOUNTERED SEVERE TURB. FO TURNED ON THE SEATBELT SIGN ABOUT 4 MINS PRIOR AND MADE A SEATBELT ANNOUNCEMENT. FLT ATTENDANT FOLLOWED WITH ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT. 1 PAX DID NOT HAVE SEATBELT ON. HE HIT THE OVERHEAD WITH HIS HEAD AND REBOUNDED ONTO THE AISLE SEAT ARMREST. THE ARMREST BROKE.
