Narrative:
ZID issued a descent for someone, we presumed us, from FL220 to 16000 ft. We read back clearance. Later, it appeared that the clearance may have been intended for another flight, numerous similar sounding call signs. Controller did not catch error on readback. I believe the controller was speaking too rapidly. He was very busy.
