Narrative:
Ramp agent error -- bags loading schedule. First flight of the day ont-bna with a maximum ATOG of 144.5 in a -700 aircraft. Loading schedule with a takeoff weight of 136367 pounds, 130 passenger and 24.8 fuel, maximum ATOG 144.5. The 'a' flight attendant handed me the napkin with a passenger count of 130 passenger. I and my first officer verified the math and numbers on the loading schedule. All numbers added up fine. Loaded all the information, vspds verify. Push from the gate and a normal climb out. Out of 10000 ft, times call back operations. Agent informed us over the radio of the ramp agent error in not writing down the right bag count on the paperwork that is given to the operations agent of 2000 pounds. We reworked the numbers and still was under our maximum ATOG weight. Other than going down on the ramp and counting the bags that the ramp agents load up and doing the operations agent job of adding the loading schedule, I don't know what to do. We must trust these people to do their job right.
