Narrative:
Upon landing rollout at kipnuk, ak, the aircraft started to drift left. Nosewheel steering/differential beta/braking had no effect. The left main gear caught the soft snow on the left of the runway and pulled the aircraft into the ditch. The aircraft came to rest pointing northeast. Aircraft was shutdown and passenger were evacuate/evacuationed. No passenger injuries were reported and a company aircraft was notified via radio. Runway condition was that of solid ice with frost on the surface. Last reported wind was 050 degrees at 16 KTS but was gusting higher.
