Narrative:
Automatic pressurization system malfunctioned at FL350. Cabin altitude light came on and cabin was indicating 10000 ft. Made an emergency descent down to 10000 ft. Got control of cabin during descent with manual controller. Talked to dispatch and decided to continue to dfw. With manual controller working climbed back up to FL180 and continued to dfw. Manual pressurization worked.
