Narrative:
With gear retraction on takeoff, a loud buzzing started. Changed to departure control, continued climb. Informed ATC we may need to return to dfw and to standby. Consulted with dispatch, operations, and maintenance and decided noise and intermittent stall fail message were caused by access door for oxygen service was left unlatched and it was making the noise. Proceeded to destination without incident. When doing walkaround after landing, indeed found oxygen access panel open. No damage found and closed door. Need to be more diligent doing preflight after maintenance has been performed on aircraft.
