Narrative:
I was assigned a pre-service check job card on aircraft X. The aircraft X was the last one in. It arrived at the gate at approximately XA15. I started my check at approximately XA45. I completed the check with the additional discrepancy items prior to going to lunch. I went to lunch allowing the tire pressures to cool down prior to re-checking them. When I was about to proceed back out to the aircraft to re-check the tire pressures the crew chief called me to remind me to re-check the pressures. Upon my findings when I returned back to the aircraft was 3 mains and 1 nose were cooled down to within range and 1 nose and 1 main was slightly adjusted to range. I went back to the office, wrote and signed off the non-routine items for the times, and submitted the paperwork to the crew chief in order for the crew chief to close out the logbook. After reviewing the paperwork for that night, I see that I inadvertently wrote north/a in the servicing block column in error.

Title: A MD80 NOSE AND MAIN TIRE PRESSURES WERE INCORRECTLY CHKED AND SIGNED OFF AS NO SVC REQUIRED. TIRE PRESSURE WAS CHKED ON HOT TIRES.
Narrative: I WAS ASSIGNED A PRE-SVC CHK JOB CARD ON ACFT X. THE ACFT X WAS THE LAST ONE IN. IT ARRIVED AT THE GATE AT APPROX XA15. I STARTED MY CHK AT APPROX XA45. I COMPLETED THE CHK WITH THE ADDITIONAL DISCREPANCY ITEMS PRIOR TO GOING TO LUNCH. I WENT TO LUNCH ALLOWING THE TIRE PRESSURES TO COOL DOWN PRIOR TO RE-CHKING THEM. WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO PROCEED BACK OUT TO THE ACFT TO RE-CHK THE TIRE PRESSURES THE CREW CHIEF CALLED ME TO REMIND ME TO RE-CHK THE PRESSURES. UPON MY FINDINGS WHEN I RETURNED BACK TO THE ACFT WAS 3 MAINS AND 1 NOSE WERE COOLED DOWN TO WITHIN RANGE AND 1 NOSE AND 1 MAIN WAS SLIGHTLY ADJUSTED TO RANGE. I WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE, WROTE AND SIGNED OFF THE NON-ROUTINE ITEMS FOR THE TIMES, AND SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK TO THE CREW CHIEF IN ORDER FOR THE CREW CHIEF TO CLOSE OUT THE LOGBOOK. AFTER REVIEWING THE PAPERWORK FOR THAT NIGHT, I SEE THAT I INADVERTENTLY WROTE N/A IN THE SVCING BLOCK COLUMN IN ERROR.
