Narrative:
During takeoff roll and rotation, the first officer seat unlatched and slid backwards. During the event he said 'your aircraft.' I assumed control and continued climb out. Once he was able to readjust his seat, I returned control to him. Supplemental information from acn 573098: at V1, seat slid back 1 notch. Upon rotation, seat slid all the way back to aft limit. Once established in climb, moved seat back to normal position, rocking seat back and forth until it locked.
