Narrative:
I climbed the HS25 and tried to descend the B717 due to choppy rides. The result was a loss of separation. To prevent a reoccurrence, I need to take more time to analyze the situation.

Title: ZDC ARTCC RADAR CTLR MISJUDGED SPACING WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO CLB A HS25 AND DSNDED A B717 BECAUSE OF TURB, RESULTING IN A LOSS OF SEPARATION.
Narrative: I CLBED THE HS25 AND TRIED TO DSND THE B717 DUE TO CHOPPY RIDES. THE RESULT WAS A LOSS OF SEPARATION. TO PREVENT A REOCCURRENCE, I NEED TO TAKE MORE TIME TO ANALYZE THE SIT.
