Narrative:
Approximately 20 mins from landing at pit at FL220, 'hydraulic 2 low quantity' EICAS message flashed (advisory message: less than 1 liter fluid remaining). In descent for pit on approach control, EICAS advisory message 'E2 hydraulic pump fail' and quantity indicators for hydraulic system #2 dropped to zero. EICAS caution messages 'hydraulic system 2 fail,' 'rudder system #2 inoperative' and 'aileron system #2 inoperative' all appeared. Completed abnormal checklist, declared emergency. Landed runway 28R pit without further complications, taxied to gate.

IN DSCNT FOR PIT ON APCH CTL, EICAS ADVISORY MESSAGE 'E2 HYD PUMP FAIL' AND QUANTITY INDICATORS FOR HYD SYS #2 DROPPED TO ZERO. EICAS CAUTION MESSAGES 'HYD SYS 2 FAIL,' 'RUDDER SYS #2 INOP' AND 'AILERON SYS #2 INOP' ALL APPEARED. COMPLETED ABNORMAL CHKLIST, DECLARED EMER.
