Narrative:
The captain and I were sent to nassau to ferry an MD88 back to pie. The aircraft had an antiskid problem. The antiskid must work on an MD80 series aircraft. It cannot be MEL'ed. I received the ferry permit from maintenance control, and it looked ok. We flew to nassau and got on board the MD88. It was then that I realized that there was no procedure for taking off with no antiskid. I talked to maintenance and the general manager and they said that because we were on a ferry permit, we didn't need any and that there was no takeoff performance data for an MD80 with antiskid inoperative. I said ok. I knew that we couldn't use autobrakes, and if we didn't use autobrakes that we couldn't use the autospoilers for takeoff. It wasn't until we got back to pie that I started thinking about it. I'm not sure that we were legal to take the airplane, even though it was on a ferry flight, without a procedure and appropriate takeoff data.
