Narrative:
On 02/sat/03, I was plting a cessna 172 en route from 52F to an area south of austin, tx, to begin work as power line patrol. This is a route I have flown several times before and on this date had not filed a flight plan. I am aware of the restr airspace designated as P49, which is an area of 3 miles in diameter up to 5000 ft MSL. However, on this sat, the area was extended to a distance of 30 miles because an official was at the ranch. On the fri at around XD30 I contacted FSS to receive a WX briefing. I explained my route of flight and intentions and I was not given NOTAMS, and I was not told about the tfr. At approximately XA00 hours on the sat, I contacted waco approach for flight following over lake whitney at a distance of about 27 miles nnw of the airport. I was advised I had entered the tfr, and I was instructed to land at waco at once. Upon landing I was questioned by a man from the FAA, and a gentleman from the secret service. After about 30 mins of questioning I was released and continued the flight to south tx.
