Narrative:
My aircraft (aircraft #1) was cleared for takeoff on runway 6 at ism and right turnout sbound. As I was beginning the right turn to a southerly heading, there appeared first a PA28 on a training flight head on, straight ahead. Apparently, he saw me at the same altitude and as I nosed over to avoid him, he banked to the left at about a 75 degree bank. Then within about 10 seconds, a twin engine aircraft, possibly from the same training facility, appeared following the first aircraft. This aircraft then overflew my plan by about 75 ft. At no time did the tower controller call out any TA's to me. He was probably distraction due to the higher than usual number of aircraft in the pattern doing practice touch-and-goes. I believe that there were about 6 or more aircraft in the pattern at the time. The visibility was 10 mi, and so it was not a factor in seeing the aircraft in the pattern from the tower. I believe that when a controller gets overwhelmed by touch-and-go traffic, he should make them leave the pattern until the normal traffic in and out of the airport is relieved. He did not do this and probably lost track of all the aircraft he was working.

Title: VFR PA28 EXPERIENCES NMAC WHILE LEAVING PATTERN.
Narrative: MY ACFT (ACFT #1) WAS CLRED FOR TKOF ON RWY 6 AT ISM AND R TURNOUT SBOUND. AS I WAS BEGINNING THE R TURN TO A SOUTHERLY HDG, THERE APPEARED FIRST A PA28 ON A TRAINING FLT HEAD ON, STRAIGHT AHEAD. APPARENTLY, HE SAW ME AT THE SAME ALT AND AS I NOSED OVER TO AVOID HIM, HE BANKED TO THE L AT ABOUT A 75 DEG BANK. THEN WITHIN ABOUT 10 SECONDS, A TWIN ENG ACFT, POSSIBLY FROM THE SAME TRAINING FACILITY, APPEARED FOLLOWING THE FIRST ACFT. THIS ACFT THEN OVERFLEW MY PLAN BY ABOUT 75 FT. AT NO TIME DID THE TWR CTLR CALL OUT ANY TA'S TO ME. HE WAS PROBABLY DISTR DUE TO THE HIGHER THAN USUAL NUMBER OF ACFT IN THE PATTERN DOING PRACTICE TOUCH-AND-GOES. I BELIEVE THAT THERE WERE ABOUT 6 OR MORE ACFT IN THE PATTERN AT THE TIME. THE VISIBILITY WAS 10 MI, AND SO IT WAS NOT A FACTOR IN SEEING THE ACFT IN THE PATTERN FROM THE TWR. I BELIEVE THAT WHEN A CTLR GETS OVERWHELMED BY TOUCH-AND-GO TFC, HE SHOULD MAKE THEM LEAVE THE PATTERN UNTIL THE NORMAL TFC IN AND OUT OF THE ARPT IS RELIEVED. HE DID NOT DO THIS AND PROBABLY LOST TRACK OF ALL THE ACFT HE WAS WORKING.
