Narrative:
In cruise at FL350, encountered 2 brief episodes of severe turbulence. Seatbelt sign was on with all passenger seated, but flight attendants in the aisles. 3 flight attendants were injured. No passenger injuries were reported, although passenger were very alarmed. After contact with dispatch and maintenance continued to ZZZ, paramedics met the aircraft to interview flight attendants. Mechanics met the aircraft for required inspections.

Title: B767 EXPERIENCED SEVERE TURB AND 3 FLT ATTENDANTS WERE INJURED. PARAMEDICS MET THE FLT UPON LNDG.
Narrative: IN CRUISE AT FL350, ENCOUNTERED 2 BRIEF EPISODES OF SEVERE TURB. SEATBELT SIGN WAS ON WITH ALL PAX SEATED, BUT FLT ATTENDANTS IN THE AISLES. 3 FLT ATTENDANTS WERE INJURED. NO PAX INJURIES WERE RPTED, ALTHOUGH PAX WERE VERY ALARMED. AFTER CONTACT WITH DISPATCH AND MAINT CONTINUED TO ZZZ, PARAMEDICS MET THE ACFT TO INTERVIEW FLT ATTENDANTS.
