Narrative:
Logged onto zak for cpdlc sfo-ogg at XC36Z prior to pushback. ATC communication showed link established. Sent 2 position reports on time. Also requested altitude change twice. At west 139 degrees, ATC had not gotten anything from us and requested position reports for baart and bacon. Also informed that data link with oak not active. Our communication log showed connected and reports sent at XB30Z, XC14Z, XC28Z, XC35Z. Logged off per SOP XP18Z and received EICAS message. ATC datalink lost at XF18Z. Flight said they were informed of shutoff at XA41Z and link lost at XA42Z. It took oak ATC 1 1/2 hours to miss us! Showed everything normal.

Title: B777 FLT CREW CONFERRED WITH AN SFO COMRDO CO IN ORDER TO CLARIFY THAT THE ZOA OCEANIC CPDLC (CTLR-PLT DATALINK COMS) INTERFACE HAD FAILED. AT THAT TIME, THEY UPDATED MANDATORY INTXN RPTING TIMES.
Narrative: LOGGED ONTO ZAK FOR CPDLC SFO-OGG AT XC36Z PRIOR TO PUSHBACK. ATC COM SHOWED LINK ESTABLISHED. SENT 2 POS RPTS ON TIME. ALSO REQUESTED ALT CHANGE TWICE. AT W 139 DEGS, ATC HAD NOT GOTTEN ANYTHING FROM US AND REQUESTED POS RPTS FOR BAART AND BACON. ALSO INFORMED THAT DATA LINK WITH OAK NOT ACTIVE. OUR COM LOG SHOWED CONNECTED AND RPTS SENT AT XB30Z, XC14Z, XC28Z, XC35Z. LOGGED OFF PER SOP XP18Z AND RECEIVED EICAS MESSAGE. ATC DATALINK LOST AT XF18Z. FLT SAID THEY WERE INFORMED OF SHUTOFF AT XA41Z AND LINK LOST AT XA42Z. IT TOOK OAK ATC 1 1/2 HRS TO MISS US! SHOWED EVERYTHING NORMAL.
