Narrative:
The grass strip at 2v2 is used by ultralights and conventional tail dragger aircraft. The ultralights do not like conventional aircraft using the grass strip. The ultralights intentionally interface with landing aircraft and present and significant safety hazard. This particular occurrence involves two intentional near misses. One ultralight flew diagonally across my flight path during takeoff. Another ultralight maneuvered within 10 ft of my aircraft port rear quarter as I lifted off. I spotted this aircraft only by noticing his shadow on the ground in front of me. A mid-air would have occurred had I turned port. Ultralights need to be aware of the danger of these maneuvers. There also needs to be clarification for all involved of what the operating parameters are for multi use strips.

Title: PA-18 PLT WAS DELIBERATELY BUZZED, AND CAME WITHIN 10 FT OF COLLISION, BY TWO ULTRALIGHT PLTS FOR DARING TO USE A RWY THAT THE ULTRALIGHT PLTS CONSIDER THEIR OWN. THE ARPT IS A PUBLIC USE ARPT AT 2V2.
Narrative: THE GRASS STRIP AT 2V2 IS USED BY ULTRALIGHTS AND CONVENTIONAL TAIL DRAGGER ACFT. THE ULTRALIGHTS DO NOT LIKE CONVENTIONAL ACFT USING THE GRASS STRIP. THE ULTRALIGHTS INTENTIONALLY INTERFACE WITH LNDG ACFT AND PRESENT AND SIGNIFICANT SAFETY HAZARD. THIS PARTICULAR OCCURRENCE INVOLVES TWO INTENTIONAL NEAR MISSES. ONE ULTRALIGHT FLEW DIAGONALLY ACROSS MY FLT PATH DURING TKOF. ANOTHER ULTRALIGHT MANEUVERED WITHIN 10 FT OF MY ACFT PORT REAR QUARTER AS I LIFTED OFF. I SPOTTED THIS ACFT ONLY BY NOTICING HIS SHADOW ON THE GND IN FRONT OF ME.
