Narrative:
I planned a VFR circumnavigation of washington ADIZ for pleasure. The night before I checked duats, reviewed the tfr NOTAMS (fdc), and reviewed the graphic depiction on the pilot org website. I departed fdk westbound, flew around the airspace and came back east on the southern side of the ADIZ. On the graphic depiction, I thought there was space between the ADIZ and R-6611A, enough to fit between the ADIZ and the restricted area-apparently, however, they overlap over ndy, and I entered the ADIZ. I was monitoring 121.5 and heard a comment to 'aircraft over dahlgren at 15500, turn south, identify to acknowledge,' which I immediately did. The rest of the flight to dmw and fdk was unremarkable. The problem is there is no high quality chart depicting the ADIZ boundary. I had a new sectional and the printout from pilot org and still misjudged the ADIZ boundary. The solution is (despite the supposed 'temporary' nature of these tfr's) to chart them on sectionals. NOTAM text descriptions are too hard to accurately transfer to the chart.

Title: ATTEMPTING TO AVOID THE DC ADIZ AND R-6611A, PA46 PLT INCURS DC ADIZ IN VICINITY OF NDY. PLT CONCERNED WITH SECTIONAL CHARTING.
Narrative: I PLANNED A VFR CIRCUMNAVIGATION OF WASHINGTON ADIZ FOR PLEASURE. THE NIGHT BEFORE I CHECKED DUATS, REVIEWED THE TFR NOTAMS (FDC), AND REVIEWED THE GRAPHIC DEPICTION ON THE PLT ORG WEBSITE. I DEPARTED FDK WBND, FLEW AROUND THE AIRSPACE AND CAME BACK E ON THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF THE ADIZ. ON THE GRAPHIC DEPICTION, I THOUGHT THERE WAS SPACE BTWN THE ADIZ AND R-6611A, ENOUGH TO FIT BTWN THE ADIZ AND THE RESTRICTED AREA-APPARENTLY, HOWEVER, THEY OVERLAP OVER NDY, AND I ENTERED THE ADIZ. I WAS MONITORING 121.5 AND HEARD A COMMENT TO 'ACFT OVER DAHLGREN AT 15500, TURN S, IDENT TO ACKNOWLEDGE,' WHICH I IMMEDIATELY DID. THE REST OF THE FLT TO DMW AND FDK WAS UNREMARKABLE. THE PROB IS THERE IS NO HIGH QUALITY CHART DEPICTING THE ADIZ BOUNDARY. I HAD A NEW SECTIONAL AND THE PRINTOUT FROM PLT ORG AND STILL MISJUDGED THE ADIZ BOUNDARY. THE SOLUTION IS (DESPITE THE SUPPOSED 'TEMPORARY' NATURE OF THESE TFR'S) TO CHART THEM ON SECTIONALS. NOTAM TEXT DESCRIPTIONS ARE TOO HARD TO ACCURATELY TRANSFER TO THE CHART.
