Narrative:
On our arrival at ZZZ, maintenance personnel discovered all 3 bolts which secure the quick disconnect to the #4 brakes were missing. All these bolts are normally secured by wires. It would be next to impossible for these bolts to work themselves loose on their own. Either they were not installed properly on the last maintenance look at the brakes or else it could not be explained in any other way, but sabotage.

Title: A B757-200 WAS FOUND ON ARR TO HAVE #4 BRAKE QUICK DISCONNECT FITTING MOUNTING BOLTS MISSING. CAUSE UNKNOWN.
Narrative: ON OUR ARR AT ZZZ, MAINT PERSONNEL DISCOVERED ALL 3 BOLTS WHICH SECURE THE QUICK DISCONNECT TO THE #4 BRAKES WERE MISSING. ALL THESE BOLTS ARE NORMALLY SECURED BY WIRES. IT WOULD BE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE FOR THESE BOLTS TO WORK THEMSELVES LOOSE ON THEIR OWN. EITHER THEY WERE NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY ON THE LAST MAINT LOOK AT THE BRAKES OR ELSE IT COULD NOT BE EXPLAINED IN ANY OTHER WAY, BUT SABOTAGE.
