Narrative:
Upon departure from sxm, agent gave me OK333 for oxygen bottle. Informed me that the bottle had come in with us and that OK333 for that leg was still in the pouch. Previous sju station personnel failed to follow hazmat procedure.

Title: FLT CREW OF A B757 DEPARTED SJU WITHOUT KNOWLEDGE OF HAVING HAZMAT ON BOARD THE ACFT FOR AN OXYGEN BOTTLE UNTIL AFTER READY FOR DEP FROM NEXT STATION AT ST MAARTEN, ANTILLES, TNCM, FO.
Narrative: UPON DEP FROM SXM, AGENT GAVE ME OK333 FOR OXYGEN BOTTLE. INFORMED ME THAT THE BOTTLE HAD COME IN WITH US AND THAT OK333 FOR THAT LEG WAS STILL IN THE POUCH. PREVIOUS SJU STATION PERSONNEL FAILED TO FOLLOW HAZMAT PROC.
