Narrative:
On final to landing, airplane a bit high and may have been trying to descend too fast. Flare ws 10 KTS over good flare speed. Made contact with ground and airplane continued to bounce. Propeller struck either on second or third bounce. Should have done a go around after first bounce. Runway was short and didn't think would have time for a go around after second bounce. Airplane came to rest with propeller damage and blown front tire. No injuries.
