Narrative:
On an overnight post maintenance service check, I noted #2 and #3 main tires needed to be replaced. Removed both tires and must have forgotten to safety tie the hub on one of the tires. I was told another mechanic found it and corrected the problem. This was my second night working on my own plane. There was a little pressure that I am an apprentice and wanted to finish in time.

Title: A B737-200 WAS RELEASED FOR SVC IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH A MAIN TIRE REPLACED AND THE REQUIRED HUB CAP SAFETY WIRE WAS OMITTED.
Narrative: ON AN OVERNIGHT POST MAINT SVC CHK, I NOTED #2 AND #3 MAIN TIRES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. REMOVED BOTH TIRES AND MUST HAVE FORGOTTEN TO SAFETY TIE THE HUB ON ONE OF THE TIRES.
