Narrative:
Landing runway 7R at fra, tower instructed us to exit at the second right. The first right turnoff was closed. The second was a reverse high speed turnoff. The third (taxiway F) was a long distance down the runway. Tower then told us to expedite for short final traffic. We turned right on the reverse high speed and was then told that this was incorrect while he had the landing traffic go around. There was no further incident. Due to the raining conditions, nighttime and confusing instructions, this was very difficult to comply with. Administrative note: actual city pair was in database.
