Narrative:
On mar/wed/03, around XA30, I bumped the leading edge right horizontal with the corner of jlg scissor lift. I was assigned to buff the leading edge bars aluminum. I had finished task, and was pulling tape, and at the time, the jlg bucket was within 1/2 inch from horizontal. The incident occurred when I thought I had pushed the button to go forward. Instead, I had pushed the button going up, and caused damage. The indicator light for the up button doesn't function.
