Narrative:

Location 3 mi from runway 31 lga on localizer runway 31 approach for momentary obstacle call on GPWS, which was followed by a pull-up just as I acquired the runway and VASI lights for runway 31. We had visual contact with the ground, and I was aware of our operations to continue to the runway, and made a normal landing.
