Narrative:
Traveling in a C310 from 0a4 en route to dyersburg, tn. Landed at dyersburg, tn. About 100 yards down the runway I hit a bump in the runway, felt the right landing gear uplock release. I applied the left brake trying to keep the plane on the runway, but as the gear folded slowly, the plane went right. The gear completely collapsed at about 10 mph, and the tip tank skidded 10 ft or so in the mud. Before landing we had gear down lights, and everything seemed ok. Plane had just been painted without the n-number on it, and airworthiness was missing. Just found out the plane doesn't have logs.
