Narrative:
The passenger was rude, vulgar, disruptive and threatening. I behaved in a professional manner and reported the behavior to the captain. The passenger and his family seemed to be behaving irrationally. The captain made a decision to remove the male passenger and when the wife and children continued to behave irrationally and threatening, the police removed them.
