Narrative:

On 04/wed/03, I departed jyo on an IFR flight plan. Once airborne, I realized I had programmed the wrong squawk code. Departure, pointed it out immediately and assigned me another squawk code. I acknowledge that I had made the mistake and informed the controller of the original code I was given. He elected to use the new one he had assigned, however. Later, I was informed the controller was submitting papers to suspend my license.
