Flight following from sct approach, asked for practice ILS runway 30 long beach, given vector to turn left to 170 degrees maintain 2500 ft, passed directly over disneyland. It has a tfr up to 3000 ft, did not see disneyland until over it. Vectored to ILS at lgb full stop. Had squawk code from take off.
