Narrative:
While flying back from a pleasure trip from santa paula, I decided to shoot some practice approachs into lgb, ful and sna, before terminating the flight at sna. While on missed approach on the VOR-a approach of ful, the tower gave me a heading of 110 degrees and asked me to contact socal departure. While holding this heading, and before contacting departure, my safety pilot called out that I might have entered into disneyland tfr by 200 ft. The rest of the flight was uneventful. No controllers mentioned anything about this incident. The pilot workload was heavy. The controllers workload appeared to be heavy as well.
