Narrative:
Nrt WX received by ACARS. Set altimeter using wrong setting at 14000 ft. Checked setting again by listening to very poor english by local controller. Passing 6000 ft controller says new altimeter setting. Reset to new setting and may have exceeded allowable tolerance for altitude deviation. Contributing factor would be late night on body clock and 12 hour duty day.
