Narrative:

On takeoff, we were told to join V4. When we got our clearance on the ground, we were cleared as filed sdf direct pxv. The departure procedure showed both of these VOR's and said expect vectors. On takeoff I had this chart and the high chart out, but not the low. I got it out quickly and discovered V4 was sdf direct to pxv. In a high workload environment, should issue specific clrncs and use what we were expecting.
