Narrative:
The problem arose after blocking in at spot X on the remote deicing pad at bwi. We were asked to reposition the aircraft to spot Y by FBO. Ground control gave us progressive taxi instructions to the end of taxiway B. At that time, ground control lost visual contact with us and was not certain where we were reference spot Y. Contributing factors were that spot Y was not shown on the airport diagram. The yellow taxi line turned left off taxiway B to the ramp area. Later we found out aircraft Y was located straight ahead after exiting taxiway B. However, no FBO ground personnel were in view on the ramp straight off taxiway B nor could I contact FBO on 129.0. Also, there was no yellow taxi line leading into the ramp. It was discovered we were in the wrong area when ground personnel signaled for us to stop. The corrective action was to shut down our operating engines, #1 and #4. We were then towed, with the aid of wing walkers, to spot Y. Result was a cargo container was blown into an aircraft and a ramp person was injured.

Title: B747 FLT CREW TAXIES INTO WRONG RAMP AREA AND THE JET BLAST FROM THEIR ENG BLOWS A BAGGAGE CART INTO ANOTHER ACFT AND INJURES A RAMP PERSON AT BWI.
Narrative: THE PROB AROSE AFTER BLOCKING IN AT SPOT X ON THE REMOTE DEICING PAD AT BWI. WE WERE ASKED TO REPOSITION THE ACFT TO SPOT Y BY FBO. GND CTL GAVE US PROGRESSIVE TAXI INSTRUCTIONS TO THE END OF TXWY B. AT THAT TIME, GND CTL LOST VISUAL CONTACT WITH US AND WAS NOT CERTAIN WHERE WE WERE REF SPOT Y. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS WERE THAT SPOT Y WAS NOT SHOWN ON THE ARPT DIAGRAM. THE YELLOW TAXI LINE TURNED L OFF TXWY B TO THE RAMP AREA. LATER WE FOUND OUT ACFT Y WAS LOCATED STRAIGHT AHEAD AFTER EXITING TXWY B. HOWEVER, NO FBO GND PERSONNEL WERE IN VIEW ON THE RAMP STRAIGHT OFF TXWY B NOR COULD I CONTACT FBO ON 129.0. ALSO, THERE WAS NO YELLOW TAXI LINE LEADING INTO THE RAMP. IT WAS DISCOVERED WE WERE IN THE WRONG AREA WHEN GND PERSONNEL SIGNALED FOR US TO STOP. THE CORRECTIVE ACTION WAS TO SHUT DOWN OUR OPERATING ENGS, #1 AND #4. WE WERE THEN TOWED, WITH THE AID OF WING WALKERS, TO SPOT Y. RESULT WAS A CARGO CONTAINER WAS BLOWN INTO AN ACFT AND A RAMP PERSON WAS INJURED.
