Narrative:
I was operating an aviat husky A1 two place tail dragger aircraft. I was landing at the troutdale, or, airport to the west on runway 25 after a 1 hour plus trip. This was a straight in approach to runway 25 with significant bright sun at this time of day. There was no significant crosswind, it was calm. The landing was bouncy and I eventually experienced an excursion off the runway to the left. The right wingtip touched the ground momentarily. There was no substantial damage. A report to NTSB not required. On no wind says, when sun is a factor, lndgs should not be into the sun.
