Narrative:
Taxiing out of hangar for radio check, got caught in gusty wind. Aircraft (converted to tailwheel) started to WX vane, rudder and brake would not straighten it out. Added full power to avoid deep ditch. Missed ditch, but hit brush and small saplings in a semi-circle motion. Damaged right wingtip, propeller, wheel pants, right gear landing.
