Narrative:
G3 climbing off mry was turned 20 degrees left to avoid C650, descending for mry, also turned 20 degrees left. Both aircraft were initially head on, initial vectors did not allow for positive separation. I initially noticed the aircraft were in conflict, shortly thereafter conflict alert was activated and I began to vector the aircraft involved.
