Narrative:

I contacted oma clearance. Then, was instructed to contact oma ground controller 121.9. Was instructed (I thought) to taxi to runway 32L from the FBO's ramp. I did and when I crossed the end of runway 32R, en route to runway 32L, was contacted by ground to go to a phone and call a number because I just crossed the active end of runway 32R.

Title: A PA28R-200 PLT RPTED THAT HE CROSSED RWY 32L AT OMA WITHOUT PERMISSION.

Narrative: I CONTACTED OMA CLRNC. THEN, WAS INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT OMA GND CTLR 121.9. WAS INSTRUCTED (I THOUGHT) TO TAXI TO RWY 32L FROM THE FBO'S RAMP. I DID AND WHEN I CROSSED THE END OF RWY 32R, ENRTE TO RWY 32L, WAS CONTACTED BY GND TO GO TO A PHONE AND CALL A NUMBER BECAUSE I JUST CROSSED THE ACTIVE END OF RWY 32R.
