Narrative:
I landed on runway 27 at hgr. Tower told us to clear runway at taxiway D and contact ground. I cleared at taxiway D and crossed the hold short line and stopped on the hold side, then called ground control for taxi instructions. The female controller proceeded to harass me for crossing the hold short line and calling the tower frequency, although I was actually talking to her on the ground frequency. I believe she was trainee working both tower and ground.

Title: SMA PLT IS APPARENTLY CHASTISED BY THE TWR AFTER LNDG AND STOPPING ON THE HOLD SIDE OF THE HOLD LINES THEN CALLING GND CTL FOR TAXI INSTRUCTIONS.
Narrative: I LANDED ON RWY 27 AT HGR. TWR TOLD US TO CLR RWY AT TXWY D AND CONTACT GND. I CLRED AT TXWY D AND CROSSED THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND STOPPED ON THE HOLD SIDE, THEN CALLED GND CTL FOR TAXI INSTRUCTIONS. THE FEMALE CTLR PROCEEDED TO HARASS ME FOR XING THE HOLD SHORT LINE AND CALLING THE TWR FREQ, ALTHOUGH I WAS ACTUALLY TALKING TO HER ON THE GND FREQ. I BELIEVE SHE WAS TRAINEE WORKING BOTH TWR AND GND.
