Narrative:
I issued MEL 2718 #2 and #11 spoiler inoperative. I overlooked issuing MEL 2713 autospd brakes. I feel desk was undermanned and high volume of calls that was occurring that day, that in the course of the day it was inadvertently overlooked.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH #2 AND #11 SPOILERS DEFERRED AS INOP PER THE MEL BUT FAILED TO PLACARD AUTOSPD BRAKES.
Narrative: I ISSUED MEL 2718 #2 AND #11 SPOILER INOP. I OVERLOOKED ISSUING MEL 2713 AUTOSPD BRAKES. I FEEL DESK WAS UNDERMANNED AND HIGH VOLUME OF CALLS THAT WAS OCCURRING THAT DAY, THAT IN THE COURSE OF THE DAY IT WAS INADVERTENTLY OVERLOOKED.
