Narrative:
While en route to toledo, oh, a fast moving thunderstorm developed along our route, which was not indicated in any forecast. I decided to make a precautionary landing and allow the storm to pass due to the sudden high winds and rain. Upon touchdown, full braking was applied. Due to standing water on the runway, the aircraft hydroplaned and failed to come to a complete stop before the end of the asphalt. The aircraft came to a stop approximately 50 ft past the end of the runway in the grass.
